This Privacy policy is incorporated into Zao's Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Use.

1. Your Acceptance of this Policy.

Noodle Bar, Inc. and Noodle Bar Franchising, LLC ("Zao") have established this Privacy Policy to let you know the kinds of personal information it may gather during your visit to this web site ("Site"), why it gathers this information, what it uses your personal information for, when it might disclose your personal information, and how you can manage your personal information.

2. What Type of Information Does Zao Collect?

Personal Information
